Abstract presenter registration

Abstracts will not be published in the supplement of the European Journal of Anaesthesiology and will be rejected for presentation at the Congress if the presenter fails to meet the pre-registration deadline (30 March 2011).

To benefit from these rates, accepted abstract presenters must log in via the members gate, using the user name and password that has been issued by the ESA Secretariat.

Accepted abstract presenters who are also ESA Members are only entitled to the member rate providing they have paid their membership before 31 January 2011.

If a presenter fails to meet the pre-registration deadline of 30 March 2011:

  1. His/her abstract(s) will be withdrawn by the ESA and removed from all Euroanaesthesia related publications (abstract book, abstract CD-ROM, abstract publication website(s) and Final Programme).
  2. His/her abstract(s) will not be published in the supplement of the European Journal of Anaesthesiology and will be rejected for presentation at the congress.

If you wish to attend the Euroanaesthesia Congress regardless of the outcome of the abstract review, you should register as a regular delegate before the Early Bird rate deadline (2 March 2011) to be guaranteed the most beneficial rate. You can of course wait until you know the results. If your abstract is accepted, the special abstract presenter rate will be applicable (which equals the Early Bird rate), you should then register online. If you wait to register and your abstract is not accepted, you can still register, but at the higher Pre-registration rate (as a regular delegate).
