You will receive a proof of payment by e-mail if your registration has been successful.

(2) Please make sure that you have prepared the copy of your diploma of specialist in anaesthesiology for upload in one of the following file formats before clicking the registration link: pdf, doc(x), odt, bmp, jpg, jpeg or png. In case you are in the last year of your specialist training in a European country and have not received your specialist diploma yet, you can apply but will need to send us your specialist diploma before we can grant your EDA next year. The copy of your medical diploma must be written in its original language. In case your medical diploma is not written in one of the languages used in the EDA Part I or EDA Part II examinations, you also need to upload a certified English translation of your diploma. Applications without the required upload(s) will be rejected.

(4) In order to avoid fully booked centres, please make sure to register early. Each examination centre can only accommodate a certain number of candidates. Centres fully booked cannot be overbooked.

(5) Online registration deadline: 10 January 2012. As the online registration webpage automatically closes on 10 January 2012 at 23:59 CET, please make sure to apply as early as possible. No registration will be possible after that date.

(7) Please add the following e-mail addresses to your list of accepted contacts, as all information about your examination (including your results) will be sent to you by e-mail:

(8) Part I Upgrade Fee: candidates who paid a reduced Part I application fee will be invited to pay the Part I Updgrade Fee on top of the Part II application fee when registering online for the Part II examination. Most candidates who sat the EDA Part I examination in a country where the EDA Part I is mandatory will be in that case.

(9) Cancellation – Refund – Postponement: for various organisational reasons, any refund or postponement of your Part II examination will not be possible after the application deadline. Any cancellation received after the application deadline will be at the candidate’s expense. This is why we recommend you carefully check your private and professional obligations before applying for the EDA Part II examination. If you cannot attend your examination for any reason, we would appreciate if you could inform the ESA office as early as possible so that we can take all appropriate actions for the smooth running of the examination.

(10) Changing your registration details: please note that we can change your centre or language before the application deadline, but it is impossible to make such changes after the deadline (10 January 2012).
